It's something that Japanese fans have picked up from America. New Japan has a working relationship with AEW, were they will share talent and hold joint ppvs. Those are available on the New Japan in Japan, so I'm pretty sure they've seen American fans chanting and since Bryan wrestles for AEW, decided to do the same chant. That was the only match they chanted that for, so I'm pretty sure it was because Bryan was wrestling, as well as it being an amazing match.
